Hello amazing people! Recently I received my Scuba Diving certification. It has been an amazing and exciting experience. To me, yoga is beyond the asana, physical practice, and carries out into life. Nature is beautiful and every changing, it is an experience than one should go out and enjoy. Being sure to do no harm to it, simply observing and appreciating, to keep around for the future generations to enjoy.
For those of you who have followed me for a while you may remember that, I love the outdoors and nature. I love to camp and hike, travel and learn. This past weekend I took a camping trip up to a park with natural springs and underwater caves to go scuba diving. It was magic. Nature is so amazing; I am constantly impressed and always discovering.
Waking up surrounded by nature, birds singing their good morning tunes, critters scampering and playing in the trees, sunshine poking through, reminding you of another moment in time you are able to experience; this is life. Feeling the stretches and awakening of the body, breathing in the fresh air, and before diving, making it onto my yoga mat. Grounding down into nature, finding gratitude in being able to practice here, in this moment, in this space.
Then, GEAR UP AND GO! Time to dive. If you would like to see just how amazing an experience this was first hand, traveling into the caves with me, I have put together a short video below.
Remember to find gratitude in the moment and in nature.
Namaste
So cool. Congrats on doing what you love.
