Hey beautiful people! Sometimes we need to just take a step back, calm down and do what feels good. This sequence is one I enjoy when I am first waking up, YES you can practice this in your bed, when I am going to bed, or if I just need a gentle, calming practice that day.
Disclaimer: This flow also is great for when I am overwhelmed with anxiety or am feeling too depressed to even get out of bed. You can LITERALLY practice this from your bed, I find it very helpful and would love to hear how it felt for you.
Our bodies do so much for us and it is important that we listen to them. Do what feel good, ease into the day. I invite you to join me in this gentle flow today.
