Happy Monday! Life is what you make it, right? So regardless of where you are in the world, day, time, as you read this, you choose how and what makes it great! Let’s push this positivity train by practicing yoga! 🙂
Today we are breaking down Adho Mukha Svanasana, downward facing dog, and it’s variations. This pose is one of my favorites! As we find length in our spine we get a nice stretch in our hamstrings. It is a feel good pose, the more you practice it, the more you will love it.
Let’s start this new yoga journey together.
I encourage you to try all three variations with me and allow your body to feel the difference in each pose. This pose is different for everyone, listen to you body and what feels best for you in your practice today.
If you have a pose you would like to see broken down or learn the different variations of, please let me know, either commenting here or on the video. Please subscribe to the channel to receive notifications of each new pose breakdown video!
